We get it—creases can sometime happen during shipping or installation. No worries, though. Here's a quick guide to help you smooth them out:

Warm Temperatures or Sunlight:
Install your tire cover on a warmer day in direct sunlight. The heat will make the material more flexible, making the install easier and naturally smoothing out those creases.

Proper Installation:
Make sure you center the tire cover correctly during installation. A wonky installation can tug on the material and create creases. Just follow our installation guidelines for a smooth fit.

Yes! We've got you covered with a one-year warranty!

If something does happen to your tire cover caused by a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge. Just shoot us an email with the following information:

- Order Number
- Full Name
- Current Shipping Address
- Photos depicting the damage

Colors may vary depending on displays or devices. Our tire covers are printed to closely match your vehicle's paint color. However, achieving an exact match can be challenging due to the nature of printing with UV-resistant ink. While we make every effort to get the colors as close as possible, variations may occur.

If color accuracy is a top priority for you, we recommend choosing white, as it provides a neutral base that is less susceptible to variations.

We do not allow the use of copyrighted logos on our custom products. This includes but is not limited to: professional sports teams, vehicle manufacturer logos, etc.

A tire cover mock-up is a digital preview of how your design will look with the back-up camera port!

This way, before we start making it, you get the chance to make sure it's exactly what you want and make any changes if needed.

The initial design mock-up will be ready for your review within 2-3 business days. Once you provide your final approval, the crafting process for your custom tire cover will take approximately 2 weeks.
